No agenda. No pressure. Just your child and their imagination.

Open Studio offers both family and drop-off creative time for children ages 3–12 and their families, in Dublin, Ohio

Open Studio is exactly what it sounds like — our space, our materials, and our educators, available for your child to explore however they want. Some kids paint. Some build. Some sew. Some just wander and discover something new. There's no project to finish and no right way to spend the time.

Open Studios

Drop-Off for Grades K-6

Drop in, get creative, and let imaginations run wild! This open studio invites kids to explore, build, and craft at their own pace using a variety of fun materials and tools. Whether they’re painting, weaving, engineering cardboard, designing, or inventing something entirely new, there’s no right or wrong way to create.

The studio will be set up with a few ideas for participants or they can come with an idea of their own and use the variety of materials always available to them at OH What a Space!

Family Open Studio

Where families can spend relaxed and joyful time together and dive into a variety of hands-on art and play activities designed for all ages.

Our studio will be filled with inspiring materials, from paints and collage supplies to building blocks and sensory play stations. Families can work side by side creating art, exploring new materials, and sharing imaginative ideas. There’s no set structure—just the freedom to create, connect, and have fun at your own pace.

All the materials. All the time.

“We LOVE OH What a Space!  Katie, Josie and Franki have used their expertise to design a center that fosters creativity and is inviting to kids of all ages.  Whether it is playing in a themed sensory bin, using manipulatives in ways I never would have thought of, painting a masterpiece, or cozying up with a picture book, I was in awe watching my 2 and 4 year olds light up as they moved room to room.  What I love most about OH What a Space is the autonomy children have when they visit.  I even found my inner-child excited to be hands-on with all the activities available.  Whether you are dropping in for a family open studio time or an organized program, you will feel the energy and excitement from the moment you step inside.”
