Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our summer camps are designed for children ages 3–12. Many of our themed weeks are divided into age groups: preschool, grades K–2, and grades 3–6—so every child is with peers at a similar stage. Check individual camp listings for specific age ranges.

  • Absolutely—and many families do! Each week has a completely different theme, so kids can come back all summer and have a brand new experience every time. There's no limit to how many weeks your child can attend.

  • That's exactly who we're here for. Our camps are designed for all experience levels—no prior skills needed. Our educators are experienced at welcoming first-timers, helping every child find their footing, and making sure no one feels behind or out of place. First week jitters are normal. They usually disappear by snack time.

“We absolutely love OH What a Space! Both of my kids have had such incredible experiences there, and it’s become one of our favorite places to go for creative, meaningful fun. We’ve attended Girl Scout events, writing and reading workshops, camps, and even the grown-up craft nights, and every single experience has been thoughtfully planned and engaging.

My kids are always eager to go back, which says everything. They’ve created the most imaginative projects, from tiny homes to board games, and come home so proud of what they’ve made. The environment really encourages creativity, confidence, and hands-on learning in a way that feels natural and exciting.”
