We know there are many wonderful play spaces in Central Ohio—so what makes OH What A Space different? Our foundation is play-based learning. As teachers, we understand that children learn best through play, and it’s our job to create inviting, intentional experiences that spark discovery, curiosity, and growth.

We believe play matters at every age, and that creativity, confidence, and agency are built through hands-on exploration. We are committed to joyful, meaningful experiences that build on each child’s strengths.

We also value the essential role of caregivers, which is why we’re dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers as they guide their young learners. Here, learning, connection, and play come together.

We know how important it is for children to participate in activities with a low child-to-teacher ratio. To ensure quality, safety, and meaningful engagement, all of our classes are capped accordingly. For both preschoolers and elementary-aged children, we maintain a 1:8 adult-to-child ratio, giving every child the support, attention, and encouragement they need to thrive.

These small group sizes allow us to provide the individualized attention every child deserves.

We also offer Private Play Parties during times when we don’t have other scheduled programming. We’re happy to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule!
